We're seeking a dedicated Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our nurse led outpatient team in South Bristol Community Hospital Outpatient Department. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives every day.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
o Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the outpatient setting.
o Undertaking patient assessments, triage, and treatment plans. Providing patient education and support.
o Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
o Coordinating the flow of the department alongside the wider team.
o Teaching and mentoring learners on placement and coaching team members in their role.
