Our unit is dedicated to care for the Older Adults with long term medical conditions or acute illnesses. Main duties of the job
- The Post holder will be responsible for the assessment of the needs, development of programmes of care, & for the implementation & evaluation of these programmes for patients & their relatives
- Provide a high standard of clinical nursing within the ward / department.
- Manage a group of patients
- Take charge of the ward when rostered & assessed as competent to take on the roles and responsibilities of leadership and supervision5 .Act as a role model to students & Clinical Support Workers6. Present a positive, professional image of the organisation & of the nursing team
