Main duties of the job

To provide day to day operational management support to the Diabetics Team with the aim of ensuring that from a non-clinical perspective the specialities are running effectively and efficiently.

The post holder will be the key contact for all new and existing diabetics' patients, their relatives and multi-disciplinary team members. The post holder will maintain all administrative tasks associated with new and existing patients on the programme and act as a patient advocate and problem solver during the patient's journey.
