Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3, 2 Band 2 Administration Assistant / Receptionist within Community Care Services at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust.

This role is a key position, providing a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused administrative support service. You will support clinical teams, and patients as part of the Therapies & Specialists Hub across the Community Division

Main duties of the job

To provide an efficient and effective clerical service to the multi-disciplinary team.

The role will include providing administrative support to the team and will include answering telephone calls into the Service, photocopying, scanning, uploaded referrals and making appointments and all other associated tasks.
