A Ward Manager is a senior nurse responsible for the day to day leadership and operation of a hospital ward. The role combines clinical expertise, staff management, patient care oversight and administrative responsibilities to ensure safe, effective and high quality care is being delivered.

Skilled in clinical leadership, staff development, discharge planning and operational management within a fast paced healthcare environment. The ward is a 24 bedded, mixed sex, rehabilitation ward and we care for individuals recovering from illness, injury, surgery or long term health needs.
