Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a part-time Administrative Assistant for Halton Later Life and Memory Service, Brooker Centre, Halton Hospital, Runcorn. This post will be part of an admin team who will support a clinical team and reception area.
This post is aligned to an administrative hub model and provides flexible, cross-site support to ensure continuity of service delivery. The post holder will routinely be required to work within the LLAMs Department. However, may be require to cross-cover to provide administrative support during periods of planned and unplanned leave. This approach ensures resilience across the service, maintains consistent administrative provision, and supports the effective management of patient pathways and core administrative functions across the locality.Main duties of the job
To provide an efficient and effective clerical service to the multi-disciplinary team.
The role will include providing administrative support to the team and will include, supporting reception areas, answering telephone calls into the Service, photocopying, scanning, uploaded referrals and making appointments.
