Job summary

To deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients undergoing neurorehabilitation. The post holders will be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs, and implementation and evaluation of the programme of the care. The post holders are required to work as part of a team committed to delivering and improving a high standard of nursing care within South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust

Main duties of the job

To undertake professional duties in patients homes and clinics delivering a high standard of nursing care and health promotion. The post holders will be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs, and implementation and evaluation of the programme of the care. The post holders are required to work as part of a team committed to delivering and improving a high standard of nursing care within South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust. To work across professional boundaries, providing comprehensive health care that is sensitive to the needs of the local population.
