Salary - £35,618 per annum FTE

Part-time - 15 hours per week

Priory Hospital Bristol has an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join the team on the Acute Ward. This is a part-time role; the salary for the 15 hours is £14,247 per annum. Working days to be discussed at interview.

Main duties of the job

As an Occupational Therapist on our Acute Ward, youll support patients to build the confidence, skills and coping strategies needed for greater independence. Working within a multidisciplinary team, youll provide evidence-based, person-centred assessments and interventions tailored to individual needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and develop individualised treatment plans.
  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions through individual and group sessions.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, patients and carers.
  • Support junior staff and contribute to high standards of clinical practice.

It provides fast access to treatment for a range of psychiatric conditions and addictions.
