Job summary

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for looking after the various needs of the residents to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You are also expected to support the clinical team in particular areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
