Main duties of the job
Join us as a Senior Care Assistant at Minehead and make a real difference while building a rewarding career in care. You'll help people live independently and with dignity in their own homes. Whether you're supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, or sharing a friendly conversation, you'll provide companionship and reassurance. We offer career development with fully funded professional training and qualifications (up to QCF level 5), flexible contracts, £12.90 an hour, mileage paid at 32p per mile, a Blue Light care discount package, company pension scheme, and on demand pay. Responsibilities include providing high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes, supporting and mentoring new members of the care team, and building positive relationships with clients and their families. This role is ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to progress their career.
