We are seeking motivated and organised administrators to join our Temporary Staffing Bank. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible working arrangements while supporting a wide range of services.
As a Bank Administrator, you will provide essential adhoc support, helping services maintain effective operations.
Main duties of the job
Booking and managing appointments. Processing referrals and updating patient records. General administrative and clerical duties. Reception duties. Answering telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently. Managing electronic and paper-based information systems. Supporting teams with correspondence, data entry and records management.
