Main duties of the job

As a Care Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will hold a critical leadership position to ensure the delivery of high standards of care. Working in collaboration with the General Manager and the leadership team, you will lead a team of carers and senior carers to provide exceptional, person-centred care to residents.
