ABOUT THE ROLE This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You are expected to maintain residents' dignity and preferences, fostering a warm, inviting and lively atmosphere. To qualify, you need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. A thorough understanding of elderly clinical care is essential. There is a clear path for career progression into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.
