Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Private Patient Data Compliance Administrator to join the Parkside Private Patient Service at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will provide comprehensive governance, compliance and administrative support across Private Patient Services, coordinating key processes including PHIN reporting, CMA compliance, Consultant Admitting Rights, complaints management and clinical governance activities. Working closely with consultants, managers and clinical teams, you will help ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in the quality and safety of private patient services.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and an interest in governance, quality and compliance within healthcare.
Main duties of the job
The Private Patient Data Compliance Administrator will support the delivery of high-quality governance and compliance processes across the Trust's Private Patient Service. Key responsibilities include coordinating PHIN reporting, supporting CMA compliance, managing Consultant Admitting Rights processes, maintaining governance and complaints records, and supporting clinical governance activities.
The post holder will organise governance meetings, maintain action logs and databases, produce reports, monitor compliance requirements, and work closely with consultants, managers and clinical teams to ensure accurate information, effective governance oversight and adherence to regulatory standards.
