Job summary

Are you a qualified Family & Systemic Psychotherapist looking to work within a specialist Adult Eating Disorders Service?

We're looking for a qualified Family & Systemic Psychotherapist registered with UKCP (or an equivalent professional body) to join our established multidisciplinary team in Wiltshire.This part-time role (28 hours per week) offers the opportunity to deliver specialist assessment and evidence-based family interventions for adults with eating disorders and their families.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide specialist systemic assessment and formulation for inpatients with complex eating disorders and co-occurring mental health difficulties.
  • Deliver evidence-based family and systemic psychotherapy interventions to patients, families, carers, couples and wider support networks.
  • Offer group supervision sessions to the MDT
  • Manage a complex caseload with autonomous clinical decision-making
  • Support staff in developing their systemic thinking and practice through teaching, consultation, and supervision.
  • Offer highly specialist systemic consultation to MDT colleagues regarding systemic aspects of care, risk, engagement, and recovery
