Job summary

Spire Clare Park Hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our established pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside consultants, nurses and multidisciplinary teams, helping to deliver exceptional patient care across a wide range of specialties.

Main duties of the job

Duties and Responsibilities Deliver a comprehensive pharmacy service across the hospital Provide expert advice and support to consultants, nurses and clinical teams to ensure the safe, effective and costefficient use of medicines Contribute to personalised, patientcentred care with empathy and professionalism Develop strong collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement, including new processes or equipment Maintain uptodate clinical knowledge in line with evolving prescribing practice and services

About the Role You will play a key role in delivering a safe, effective and patient-centred pharmacy service across the hospital, ensuring medicines are used appropriately and in line with current legislation, professional standards and best practice.   • Delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service to patients and clinical teams

  • MPharm degree or equivalent Pharmacy qualification
  • Current GPhC registration
  • At least 1 year of post-registration hospital pharmacy experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Full UK driving licence
