  • 1 year minimum of recent experience within an Anaesthetics Unit.
  • Signed off as a competent ODP with the ability to manage and participate in emergency situations and assist with patient intubation.
  • Able to take charge of trolley preparation and setup, including drugs, consumables etc.
  • Able to reassure patients.
  • Ability to work in unfamiliar work environments, using initiative and experience.
  • Competent with Mallampati grading.
  • Identify and escalate a deteriorating patient.
Desirable
  • A plus if you have more than 1 year of experience.
