Salary - £31,249 - £38,040 per annum, depending on experience

Part-time 37.5 hours per week

Llanarth Court has an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Main duties of the job

Join our established therapy team at Priory Hospital Llanarth Court, delivering creative interventions to support patients occupational skills and mental wellbeing. Youll work across our forensic wards, therapy areas and community, with access to a range of excellent on-site facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
  • Build positive therapeutic relationships and engage patients creatively.
  • Support the reduction of restrictive interventions.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and manage your workload effectively.
  • Contribute to team meetings, supervision and the wider therapy service.

Llanarth Court is a specialist medium secure, low secure, and open rehabilitation psychiatric hospital. Located in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Llanarth Court offers convenient transport links and easy access to the A40 and A459. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.
