Main duties of the job
Join our team as a Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. From daily support to meaningful moments, your kindness can make a real difference. Bring your compassion; we'll provide the training and support you need. As a Care Assistant, you will be providing personal care and support, administering and recording medication, assisting with daily living activities, supporting activities and social engagement, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being, and delivering person-centred care as part of a team. Experience in a care setting is preferred, and you should be kind, compassionate and great with people. You need to have at least 12 months right to work in the UK and be able to work alternate weekends.
