Registered nurse to work in an acute emergency assessment unit , with clinical skills to assess patients,

Plan care

Administer medication

Maintain accurate records

Collaborate with mdt team , safeguarding.

Requires excellent communication skills, strong clinical safe decision making, time management, ability to work under pressure.
