Were looking for an organised and compassionate Patient Flow Coordinator to help ensure a smooth and supportive journey for patients and their families.
In this key role, you will coordinate the patient pathway from the point of referral, working closely with families, doctors, ward teams and the discharge coordinators to ensure clear communication and seamless transitions throughout care.

- Coordinate the patient journey from point of referral
