Come and Join Our Caring Practice Team
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly GP practice for 16 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
You will play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our patients by:
- Delivering a range of nursing services including wound care, cervical screening and immunisations
- Supporting patients living with long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, and hypertension
- Providing health promotion and lifestyle advice to help patients improve their overall wellbeing
- Undertaking clinical procedures including venepuncture and ECGs
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to the delivery of safe, effective care
- Working closely with GPs and colleagues to provide the best possible patient experience
