Job summary

Lincoln House Surgery is seeking to appoint a salaried GP to join our established, supportive and friendly clinical team. We are currently offering a 6-session per week position, worked across Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Due to current patient demand and the operational requirements of the practice, we are unable to offer flexibility regarding these working days.

We are looking for a GP who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and who would welcome the opportunity to become part of our collaborative and supportive practice team.We offer competitive sessional rates, enhanced annual leave, and study leave (1 week pro rata), alongside a genuinely supportive working environment.

This role is designed with sustainability in mind combining a manageable workload, a collaborative culture, and the flexibility modern general practice needs. Key information:

  • In surgery sessions at either of our 2 branches located in Hemel Hempstead, supported by an efficient triage system
