Job summary
A vacancy for a Part Time GP Practice Receptionist/Administrator with ideally experience in using EMIS and Docman (however training will be provided), to join our team.
Main duties of the job
The role will be a mixture of Reception cover and associated administrative tasks such as booking appointments, assisting the process of prescriptions, registering patients, managing emails and online communications, loading hospital letters onto patient records
This role will be for 28 hours per week and applicants will be required to work the following shifts:
Tuesday - 8am to 6pm
Wednesday -1pm to 6pm
Thursday - 9am to 6pm
Friday - 1pm to 6pm
The post also requires 2 satisfactory references and a DBS check to be completed.
