Job summary

Are you a compassionate and dedicated care professional who wants to make a meaningful difference to patients and families at a vital time in their lives? Woking & Sam Beare Hospice is looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team, supporting the delivery of holistic, high-quality palliative and end of life care.

Working under the direction of a registered nurse, you will provide practical, emotional and person-centred support to patients, helping to maintain their independence, privacy and dignity. This is a rewarding role for someone who is calm, caring, flexible and committed to delivering excellent standards of care.
