Are you an experienced practice nurse ready to make a bigger impact?
Spirit Primary Care is looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership, helping nurses across our practices feel supported, confident and equipped to deliver consistently high-quality patient care.

- Identifying training, competency and development needs across our nursing workforce.
- Developing and delivering clinical training, education sessions and case-based learning.
- Supporting newly appointed, developing and experienced nurses to broaden their skills and confidence.

- Supporting clinical governance, audits, significant events, complaints and quality improvement activity.
- Helping develop clinical pathways, protocols, policies and standard operating procedures.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and standardise nursing practice across our practices.
- Supporting the development of new clinical services and the future role of nursing within SPC.
- Maintaining your own clinical practice through regular patient-facing clinics.

About us
Spirit Primary Care is an at-scale provider of GP services across the Midlands, supporting tens of thousands of patients across multiple practices.
Working at scale allows us to share expertise, resources and learning across our teams, while keeping high-quality, patient-centred care at the heart of what we do.
You'll be joining a team that values clinical excellence, learning, collaboration and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to shape nursing practice across multiple sites rather than working within just one practice.
