Main duties of the job

Agincare is looking for a fully qualified Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team. The candidate will oversee management accounting activities, work closely with senior accountants, and lead the Management Accountants. They must manage the month-end process including journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. The role also involves producing variance analysis, preparing monthly reports, supporting junior staff, and collaborating with department heads on budgeting and forecasting. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial systems are essential.

  • 23 years experience in management accounting
  • Experience in a senior or supervisory role
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
  • Confident communicator able to present financial information to nonfinancial colleagues
  • Highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
