Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Poets Mews Care Home, you will become a vital part of the team, ensuring the well-being of residents while delivering high standards of personal care. This position requires supporting and working alongside the Care team to create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring residents well-being, managing care plans, and supporting medication requirements. The role also involves undertaking staff supervisions and being a key point of contact for residents, their families, and health professionals.
