Main duties of the job

Conduct and organize the Endoscopy team within theatre, which include the smooth running of the theatre lists and organizing booking forms and assisting sessions in theatres Work collaboratively and flexibly across the theatre suites to accommodate the service demands of each department, which include Endoscopy, General, Gynae Promote effective clinical risk management and governance within the department, including safety and risk management, quality improvement and ensure policies and procedure, to enhance patient care and service delivery. Have experience of working towards JAG accreditation and can demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirements to achieve this, as well as maintain it. Have extensive knowledge required for dealing with audits and equipment. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of surgical techniques and associated equipment Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development

With strong clinical leadership, you will guide your team a shared vision promoting innovation and sustainability. As a clinical leader, you will have good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team, knowledge and understanding of running a smooth & effective department equipment is also essential. As our Clinical Leader, you will:
