Looking for More Than Just a Prescribing Role?

Are you a highly skilled pharmacist who wants to make a genuine difference to patients' lives?

Do you enjoy building relationships, managing complex long-term conditions, and taking a holistic approach to patient care rather than simply processing prescriptions?

If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our well-established and growing pharmacy team at Cruddas Park Surgery and Hillsview Surgery. This is an opportunity to become part of a practice that values clinical excellence, teamwork, personal development, and having fun along the way.

Why Join Us?

At Cruddas Park and Hillsview, pharmacists are valued clinicians at the heart of patient care.

We are proud to have an experienced pharmacy team comprising two full-time Clinical Pharmacists and a full- time Pharmacy Technician, working closely with GPs, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a pharmacist who shares our belief that excellent healthcare means looking beyond the medication list and understanding the whole person sitting in front of you.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage your own clinical workload.
  • Develop expertise in long-term condition management.
  • Undertake meaningful Structured Medication Reviews.
  • Build ongoing relationships with patients.
  • Influence prescribing quality and medicines optimisation.
  • Shape new initiatives and pursue your own clinical interests.
About us

Most importantly, you'll have the time and support to provide thoughtful, patient-centred care.

A Great Team to Work With

We know that enjoying your work place matters.

  • We area friendly, supportive and sociable practice that genuinely enjoys working together. Along side regular clinical supervision and educational meetings, we also have:
  • A practice running club.
  • Regular team socials and nights out.
  • Quarterly whole-practice meetings bringing everyone together.
  • A culture where colleagues support one another and celebrate successes.

We work hard, but we also believe in creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work.

Come join us

If you're looking for a role where you can use your clinical skills to their full potential, build meaningful relationships with patients, and become part of a welcoming and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. Informal enquiries welcome [email protected]
