About you:
Above all, were looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You dont need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.
Youll bring:
- A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
- Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
- A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends
