OT(working in theCommunityLearning DisabilityTeam)in Berkshire Healthcare NHS-Learning Disability Service- Fixed Term Contract
Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a CommunityOTBand6, (37.5hours per week),FIXED TERMcontract12 Months)to work in our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities intheBracknelllocality.
You will work with a diverse population in both urban and rural settings providing CommunityOTinterventionsbased onidentifiedneeds, to adults who have a learning disability within any community setting. The post holder will also provide advice and support to families/carers and other provider agencies and their employeesacross Bracknell & Wokingham.
