Aspire is a long-standing partnership between ADS and Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH), bringing together the expertise of both the voluntary sector and NHS services. Our Community Teams are at the heart of the service, providing long-term case management and support for adults experiencing issues with substance use. Through a strong key-working and care-planning approach, the teams deliver personalised support, specialist prescribing interventions, and harm reduction services, helping people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives within their communities.
