Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated physiotherapist to join the Cardiff and Vale Supportive Care Service. The Supportive Care Service provides specialist multidisciplinary care for people living with advanced liver, renal, respiratory and cardiac disease who are likely to be in the last one to two years of life. Our aim is to reduce symptom burden, promote independence, enhance quality of life and support people to live as well as possible for as long as possible.
