Main duties of the job

We are searching for enthusiastic and dynamic School Nurses to influence the transformation of the Healthy Child Programme offer in York. We are committed to maintaining the public health nature of the service and focussing on improving health outcomes for children and young people in York.

The roles are based in Family Hubs across the city and there may be the opportunity for some home /hybrid working. We provide all of our contacts with children and families in person and encourage office presence to support team morale.
