  • *Numerate and Literate
  • *GCSE Grade C or above in Mathematics and English Language or equivalent.
Desirable
  • *NVQ Level 3 in admin / related field or equivalent experience.

  • *Essential Experience and Skills
  • *Minimum of 5 years' administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare, NHS, or busy office environment.
  • *Extensive experience providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior managers.
  • *Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications, including:
  • *Microsoft Excel (creating and maintaining spreadsheets, analysing data, producing reports, formulas, and staff rostering information).
  • *Microsoft Word (producing professional correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations).
  • *Microsoft Outlook (managing complex diaries, email correspondence, and meeting coordination).
  • *Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
  • *Proven experience managing electronic and paper-based filing systems and maintaining accurate records.
