Main Responsibilities
As a Band 5 Physiotherapist, you will:
- Complete patient-centred and holistic physiotherapy assessments
- Work with patients to establish meaningful and achievable rehabilitation goals
- Plan, deliver and evaluate individualised physiotherapy interventions
- Manage and prioritise your own clinical caseload
- Work with patients both within their own homes and in rehabilitation settings

The Ideal Candidate
Youll be a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist who enjoys working collaboratively with patients to help them achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes.

You will have:
- Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy
- Current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- Evidence of continuing professional development
