Job summary
Dorset Healthcare is responsible for the provision of Memory Assessment Services (MAS) across the county and nationally it has been recognised that Dementia is an area of health significance with an ever-increasing ageing population.

We regularly achieve over 96% positive feedback in the Patient Experience Surveys and we are proud to be innovative in our practice. We regularly participate in research studies and we are working towards accreditation on the Memory Services National Accreditation Programme developed by The Royal College of Psychiatrists.
We now have the following exciting opportunities for:
East Dorset: Band 3 Team Administrator x 2 - 37.5 hours and 30 hours
Main duties of the job
You will be based in the MAS East team at Alderney Hospital, and will be part of an admin team covering Dorset.
These are permanent posts with core working hours of Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.

The main duties will be to provide administrative support to a multi-discipliner team made up of Nurse, NMP's, ACP, Psychologists and Consultant Psychiatrists. Making appointments,
Audio typing,Online diary management,Formatting of letters and posting out letters,Ensuring the accurate recording on a NHS patient record,Answering the SPOA phone calls
