Key responsibilities include:
- Providing visible and inspirational leadership, ensuring robust quality assurance systems and processes are in place across the division.
- Ensuring group quality indicators, regulatory requirements, and clinical governance standards are consistently achieved.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of quality professionals, empowering them to deliver outstanding outcomes and reach their full potential.
- Partnering with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement and encourage innovation across our homes.
- Challenging conventional approaches and supporting the development of a learning culture where best practice is shared and celebrated.
- Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, providing guidance on regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, new services, and business projects.
- Supporting the Director of Quality with professional nursing leadership, clinical advice, and organisational learning.
- Analysing quality and performance data, translating insights into meaningful action and measurable improvement.
