Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced registered nurses to join our Renal Inpatient services at the Royal London Hospital.
As a new employee emphasis is placed on your professional development. We offer a Band 5 Renal development programme and for those that wish to undertake a specialist in house renal course, run by our practice development team. This post offers you the unique opportunity to develop skills in an acute setting with the support from a well-established PDN team to achieve your clinical competencies.
You should possess excellent communication skills and be committed to delivering safe and compassionate care. We welcome new ideas and strive to constantly improve our delivery of care to patients.
Main duties of the job
To be able to provide the highest standard of individualised and holistic patient care, in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team. To work effectively within a large nursing team
