Main duties of the job
As a Clinical Lead Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will be integral to the development and delivery of care strategies at Gregory House, a specialist mental health provision. You will work closely with senior leadership to co-produce transformative plans, aimed at improving service delivery and optimizing care pathways. This role encourages innovation and clinical excellence, with a focus on community service transition and preventing unnecessary secure service admissions. You will also take part in designing systems for financial and clinical performance efficiency, and support nursing standards development. A Registered Mental Health Nurse with a minimum of 3 years post qualification and 2 years operational experience is required. You will be part of a supportive team committed to holistic and person-centered care, and receive structured career growth and wellbeing support.

What you will be doing:
- Provide support to the leadership initiatives in the delivery of highest quality care for people in secure care.
- To ensure systems are designed, implemented and monitored to ensure both efficient financial and clinical performance.
- To support the development of standards for nursing services, reflecting and positively promoting nursing practice.
- To support in areas of clinical governance from a nursing perspective.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
