Job summary

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in the Perinatal Services, to provide seamless and efficient support at our front desk and within our administrative team.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable and work well with others, helping to ensure that our systems run smoothly to support both our services and the users we serve.

Main duties of the job

To handle a variety of inquiries from the public and other agencies in a courteous and helpful manner, whether at the reception desk or over the phone, and during face-to-face interactions with the public and service users. Seek assistance and guidance from administrators as well as the Operational Manager when needed.

To answer all incoming calls to the service and respond to them appropriately with politeness and efficiency.

To schedule appointments and reach out to service users regarding their appointments or any cancellations.
