The successful candidate will have current NMC/HCPC registration, extensive Theatre management knowledge, strong leadership, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, they will ensure the department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led, driving efficiency and maximizing session utilization.
Essential Criteria:
- ODP level 3 / Registered Nurse
- Current NMC or HCPC registration
- Theatre manager or deputy manager experience
- Management of list utilization and staff resources
- Commercial and financial healthcare knowledge
- Experience in business growth
- Analytical report writing
- Line management of clinical departments
- Leadership experience
- Organizational skills to prioritize and delegate
- Clinical governance experience
- Change management skills
- Excellent IT skills
Experience:
- Strong clinical background in theatre settings
- Track record of delivering change for quality and efficiency
