Job summary

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse seeking an opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of your patients? We are excited to offer a permanent position for an experienced Practice Nurse.

We are looking for someone who can work 4-5 days per week at our Surgery in Grantham.

You will be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and our dedicated practice nurse team, with additional support from skilled managerial, reception and administrative staff.

As a Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, utilising your experience in General Practice Nursing, minor illness, and chronic disease management.

  • Cervical screening
  • Contraception reviews and family planning
  • Travel vaccinations
  • Chronic disease management
  • Dementia reviews
  • Cancer care reviews
  • Health promotion and disease management
