Main duties of the job

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include responding to patient queries and liaising with the wider primary care team as well as managing appointment requests, signposting patients to our range of services and maintaining patient records and confidentiality. Other tasks involve emailing, scanning and coding clinical correspondence, processing prescription requests, and utilising information systems to support efficient workflow processes. The ideal candidate will have reception or customer care experience, be an excellent communicator, have basic PC skills, and preferably have experience within the NHS.
