Job summary
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term basis. You'll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across our services, helping us build teams that support our mission of simplifying healthcare and improving lives.
Main duties of the job
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of vacancies, including operational, contact centre and corporate roles. Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you'll deliver a professional, engaging and efficient recruitment experience while ensuring best practice and compliance throughout the hiring journey.
About us
HealthHero Integrated Care delivers urgent and out-of-hours healthcare services across Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) and Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW). Working alongside NHS partners, our teams help patients access safe, responsive and appropriate care.
Our Integrated Urgent Care services support patients across both localities, providing clinical assessment and urgent care outside normal GP opening hours. Services include:
- Telephone clinical assessment and consultation
- Video consultations
- Face-to-face appointments at our treatment centres
- Home visits for patients unable to travel
- Clinical assessment and advice following NHS 111 referrals
- In-hours care coordination, helping patients and healthcare professionals access the most appropriate care pathway
Our services bring together clinical, operational and care coordination colleagues to deliver responsive, patient-centred care. Whether providing advice remotely, seeing a patient at a treatment centre, coordinating care or visiting them at home, our teams help patients access the right support.

Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you'll deliver a professional, engaging and efficient recruitment experience while ensuring best practice and compliance throughout the hiring journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns across the UK and Ireland.
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Writing engaging job adverts that reflect HealthHero's brand and values.
- Screening applications, coordinating interviews and guiding managers through the selection process.
- Ensuring recruitment activity remains compliant with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from application through to offer.
- Supporting recruitment reporting, workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within healthcare or another fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- Confidence using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
- Good understanding of UK employment legislation, with Irish employment knowledge advantageous.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with a genuine passion for people.
