Job summary

To provide a comprehensive secretarial/administrative service to the Director (s) and Deputy Directors.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide an administrative support service to the Director (s) or Operational Business Units, resolving day-to-day problems independently,.
  • To professionally support the development of less experienced staff.
  • To act as a key contact point for Executive Director or operational services, providing information and advice as appropriate.
  • To play a key role in supporting key Trust priorities, including robust management of CIP documentation and audit processes.
  • To support the implementation of agreed projects/developments.
