Job summary
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HTFT would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
"For temporary posts, applications are welcomed on a secondment basis from existing NHS employees, subject to agreement from their substantive employer. To provide a comprehensive secretarial/administrative service to the Director (s) and Deputy Directors.
Main duties of the job
- To provide an administrative support service to the Director (s) or Operational Business Units, resolving day-to-day problems independently,.
- To professionally support the development of less experienced staff.
- To act as a key contact point for Executive Director or operational services, providing information and advice as appropriate.
- To play a key role in supporting key Trust priorities, including robust management of CIP documentation and audit processes.
- To support the implementation of agreed projects/developments.
