To develop the role of Practice Pharmacist prescriber in close collaboration with the partners.

• Have relevant clinical experience.

Desirable

• Experience of working in GP surgery.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), have relevant clinical experience and complete an accredited independent prescribing course.

Desirable

• Must be registered with the GPhC and completed the prescribing course.
