Job summary

We are looking for a confident Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working 42 hours a week (8.00pm to 8.00am ), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Chaseways. Due to the genuine occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept Male applicants for this role. Located in the heart of the community in Sawbridgeworth, Chaseways is a residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with moderate / severe learning disabilities, who may have associated complex needs.

Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional su pport

Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

Assist with medical & welfare needs

Report on medical & welfare needs as required

Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
